Today I went in for an oil change and while waiting I spoke with Dennis and Clark about the new Rouge Sport. They couldn’t of been more helpful and and more knowledgeable. By the end of conversation I was test-driving the Rouge Sport and loving it. Dennis and Clark helped with getting a monthly payment that met with my budget. From the test drive to the numbers talk to signing of the papers I felt comfortable and at ease with the Kathy-the sales associate, Dennis- the sales manager and Matt from finances. Kathy was very patient with all of my questions and numerous test drives. Dennis was willing to listen to my needs and find a finance plan that would work for me, while Matt was informative and helpful with my questions about financing. All of them are very personable and accommodating. I could tell they wanted to sell me a car, but they were not at all pushy. I am not sure why anyone would buy a Nissan anywhere else than Colonial Nissan.. More

Jim was wonderful in listening to what we wanted, answered all the questions we had and those we didn’t know we had. Dennis and Jim both worked on getting a great price for the lease. We were able to walk out with zero pressure about leasing the car, even after they knew we were still going to other dealerships to shop around. Dennis and Jim were both fantastic. After looking around some more, we made our decision to go with Nissan. The price they gave us was the best by far. We went back today and signed papers. Gene helped us with those. He was great answering questions, explaining any add ons that were offered and again with no pressure to purchase. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking fir a vehicle. More
