Customer Service is most important to us here at Colonial Nissan of Medford and, therefore, we feel strongly about making everyone feel welcome. As the Internet Sales Manager, I'm sorry your recent visit with us did not go as expected. We hope you realize we attempted to help you by making the situation right. As you know, since you took delivery of the vehicle, the navigation system, while not in the original vehicle from the manufacturer, was put in by one of our vendors and, as such, you're fully covered and protected under the warranty. Please know that at no time did we lie or "play" games with you, as you've been a long time acquaintance of the salesperson who sold you the vehicle. Please understand that we did not "try to deliver (a) cheaper" vehicle. As you are aware, the navigation system had to be added to the vehicle you purchased, for which you signed to buy. Notwithstanding, as professionals, we remain committed to help make this situation right for you should you care to re-address this with us.
