Everyone that worked with us was just great. We went in yesterday to get information about leasing a car. Jim was wonderful in listening to what we wanted, answered all the questions we had and those we didn’t know we had. Dennis and Jim both worked on getting a great price for the lease. We were able to walk out with zero pressure about leasing the car, even after they knew we were still going to other dealerships to shop around. Dennis and Jim were both fantastic. After looking around some more, we made our decision to go with Nissan. The price they gave us was the best by far. We went back today and signed papers. Gene helped us with those. He was great answering questions, explaining any add ons that were offered and again with no pressure to purchase. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking fir a vehicle.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH JAMES BACON @ COLONIAL nISSAN OF MEDFORD WAS THE MOST PLEASANT EASY GOING EXPERIENCE, I WENT IN THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET BOMBARDED WITH SALES PEOPLE AND THEY WERE GONNA TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING OTHER THEN WHAT I WANT, THAT WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE WITH JIM BACON HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND CARING TO WHAT I EXACTLY WANTED. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY WERE ONE OF THE MOST CARING COMFORTABLE CAR DEALERSHIPS I BEEN TOO. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS.
