Larry Bousbaa is a high energy salesman, friendly but honest with me about what I could expect during my first 'new' car purchase. I know Colonial Nissan is in the business of making money but because I had great credit and a large down payment, BUT no real credit history this wasn't an easy finance job. They went the extra mile and got me financing where other local Nissan dealers threw up their hands. I didn't feel at the time, or later when the new car glow wore off, that the deal Colonial was able to make happen on my behalf was a 'at-any-cost' type of loan either (I'm think of the sub-prime folks and the credit card monsters). The terms are reasonable and my payments are set at a rate I can afford. When Larry had a slight delay beyond his control, his boss paid for an extra day of my rental car, Larry drove my new car to my job so I wouldn't have to take another day off work. It looked great, gas tank was full and inspection sticker attached. His boss also passed me a card good for 2 free oil changes. That's service and they'll get the first chance at my business next time, because of it. Thanks Larry! More

Overall experience was good. Initially told them we wanted a 2011 Murano SL. Salesman stated can't get them and don't know when they would be able to. When we asked what that meant he just raised his s wanted a 2011 Murano SL. Salesman stated can't get them and don't know when they would be able to. When we asked what that meant he just raised his shoulders. They then offered 2010 LE for lower price. During price negotiation suddenly the 2011 SL was available and they would be able to get it. Be prepared with prices and what you want before going in. Ended with a decent deal. More

The dealership was full of customer the day we went, a salesperson approach us and made sure we knew that they had seem us and were anxious to help us. On January 17, 2011 We went to Colonial nissan of Medford and looked at a 2010 Murano LE. The car was the one we were looking for and Paul was very helpful and curtious with his knowledge. My search for a hard-to-find Nissan Juke SL AWD brought me to Colonial Nissan in late December. The Nissan web site showed that Colonial had one so I made the trip from West Roxbury. First thing he did was get a Juke demo car and we drove to their alternate lot to actually look at their inventory of Jukes. The SL wan't there. I worked with Greg on price and I placed and order ($500 down). For two weeks Greg was very god at keeping me updated on the order status. Unfortunately, another dealer got a Juke sooner so I purchased it there. Colonial Nissan refunded my deposit without hesitation. I recommend Colonial Nissan and Greg in Sales. They are very friendly, up-front, and no nonsense. More

I want to take a minute to share with you my experience at Colonial Nissan in Medford. I am in the process of shopping a new vehicle, more specifically a Nissan Murano. I walked into Colonial simply just t at Colonial Nissan in Medford. I am in the process of shopping a new vehicle, more specifically a Nissan Murano. I walked into Colonial simply just to pick up some literature as I'm the type who likes to take the time to research and compare. I consider myself a very educated buyer especially when it comes to a purchase as big as a car. I was greeted by Albert Abramson and also the general manager. They asked for what I was interested in and they were helpful in telling me the current offers. Albert spent time with me without that typical "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" salesman pressure. He took the time to have my car appraised and crunched the preliminary numbers. I had let him know upfront that I wasn't ready to sign on the dotted line that day. He respected that and made sure to make Colonial my choice when the time is right. Truth be told, the respect for my time, the care and sincerity he showed convinced me that the car I will buy is from Albert at Colonial. While I'm sure many who rates on this site would've already made the purchase, they may seem more credible. However, I wouldn't spend the time to write this if my comments were not genuine. More

We spent a lot of time with Al Abramson at Colonial.
