Colonial Nissan of Medford

I bought my 2010 Sentra from Colonial Nissan in medford. I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there w I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there was any other work I'd like done that day. I said, "Yes, I'd like my antenna put back on." It had come off in a car wash. Upon completion of the oil & tire work, Joanne told me that the antenna had broken off, they could not re-affix it, and the whole assembly need replacing.....to the tune of, $441.00! I was floored. I told her that when I picked up my new car, 11 months earlier, it had no antenna. It took 3 different Nissan employees to try to get it to stay put....they finally did. I believed that the antenna was broken from the get-go! Joanne then suggested that I speak with the Gen. Mgr, Sayid, which I did. He listened and then investigated. He then asked if I minded waiting until monday or tuesday morning, the latest. He was going to contact Nissan to request a 'good will' servicing. I got a call from Joanne at 8:25 AM monday morning informing me that her manager, Jim Islami, received the OK to allow my antenna assembly to be fixed GRATIS! I was floored. I have never dealt with a dealership service depatmnet that is so nice, knowledgable, and efficient. They get things done! Colonial Nissan is my auto servicer of choice. They also service almost every other car, as well! More

I shopped around for about two weeks and went to 3 different Nissan dealerships, Colonial Nissan was by far the best experience I had. When I first entered the dealership I was welcomed by Al. I ask different Nissan dealerships, Colonial Nissan was by far the best experience I had. When I first entered the dealership I was welcomed by Al. I asked Al to show me to a certain car and as we spoke about the car his first concern was about car safety, not the radio, sunroof or any of the other amazing interior details. It felt good to know that he was concerned about my safety and my passengers. After we made a deal on an excellent price I was introduced to Gary. Gary was the friendliest and caring finance manager I have ever met. Not only was he interested in helping me buy a new car he was also caring enough to give me some pointers on how to better my credit. This deal would not have gone through if it wasn't for Gary's extra push in the right direction. Bought my brand new Versa there few days ago. Got a great deal on the vehicle! Everybody was easy to deal with, Al was the man! If you go there go check him out he will take care of ya. By far the best car-buying experience I have ever witnessed. I was loyal to Jerry Rome of Nissan for 10 years, but now have a new loyalty to Colonial.
