I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to find this gem in Medford. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the sales staff all seemed eager to help. My sales consultant Nilo really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I really felt he was working with me to have me leave the dealership happy. For once i finally found a salesman that was so down to earth. I felt like i've known him for years! Very attentive, helpful and helped my wife an I find the rogue that was right for us. Terrific Sales Experience I submitted a vehicle request over the Internet. I wanted to do my preparation prior to going to a dealership. I was answered immediately and professionally by the Internet Manager, Michael Fuller. I had a lot of questions on both the vehicle and the price and he spent a great deal of time explaining in detail and walking me through my purchase options. It was so easy that all I basically had to do was come in and drive the vehicle to make sure it was the one, which it was. He listened and there was no hassle or high pressure tactics. He had my interests in mind. When I went to the dealership, Matt the General Sales Manager, walked me again through the process to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. And Joe, the GM, went out of his way to ensure all was well. Simply, a great experience and will recommend all to everyone I know.... More

One dealorshor had contacted me by phonecall) after I had asked quote of Nissan Pathfinder online. He offered me good price. I thought that was good deal but I doubted it. So I rechecked three times his offers and he texted it was sure. When I visited in the morning of the day after I rechecked his quote, he was not there(he had wanted me to visit). I met another guy (he was so nice) to show me car (the car was there). But when I decided to buy, manager came to me " it was mistake" , the manager gave the price more than 5000$. I showed all about negotiation with dealor. But, he sat down the chair, I was standing, just "mistake" He has not apologized at all. And added" Have you ever made mistakek in your life"? I replied I agreed people do mistake. But how can I accep three times mistakes for 12 hours ? In summary, faking dealor and very rude manager was worst among the I have experienced. I would suggest not to deal with here. More

Incorrect Diagnosis of the Problem - Tried to Overcharge Me My four year old Juke with less than 25,000 miles on it wouldn't move when I turned it on so I planned on getting it to the dealership closest to wher My four year old Juke with less than 25,000 miles on it wouldn't move when I turned it on so I planned on getting it to the dealership closest to where I live to get it checked out. I brought it here on a Friday afternoon and they claimed they would check it out and call me the next morning with an update. It was only after I called them after 2pm on Saturday that I got a call back telling me it would cost $960 to replace all my brake pads and rotors. They claimed the rotors were too corroded and warped to even resurface them. After calling around I realized that even if this was the case, the price tag was way higher than what I could pay elsewhere so I decided to take my car back and pay them the $120 for checking it out. When I showed up on Monday to get my car first thing in the morning, they claimed it was still up on the lift with no tires on and they'd need 10 minutes to get everything ready. My boyfriend and I asked that they come get us from their waiting area when the car was all set, but over a half hour later we were still sitting there. It was only because my boyfriend went to get something from his own car in the parking lot that he saw my car was sitting there ready to go, but no one came to tell us. After all that, I ended up only having to replace the front brake pads and now my car is running perfectly - there are no problems with my rotors at all. The brake pads cost me $40 not nearly the $1000 that the dealership said I would have to pay. This place is a scam. They thought they could take advantage of me because I am a young female and I will never take my car here again and will warn others to stay away. More
