Went into for service on my Nissan and the problem was happing 2 other dealers couldn't fix the vehicle bought it into Colonial Nissan and was talking to Joanne about the issue's and then she got the Serv happing 2 other dealers couldn't fix the vehicle bought it into Colonial Nissan and was talking to Joanne about the issue's and then she got the Service Manager Jim Islami to go for a ride and I explained the concern and Jim was very good and we left the vehicle for the day Joanne contacted us when the vehicle was diagnosed we then had the vehicle repaired and have had and problems with the vehicle since we picked it up from service We will be buying are next 2 vehicle from Colonial Nissan due to Jim & Joanne in the service dept and will we be bring in our other vehicle to be service at Colonial Nissan that are a Ford explorer & chevy trailblazer when we talk to Jim he said that the service dept can handle the other models as well as the nissan that we are driving. we will be trading in the vehicle's within the next year great service staff at colonial nissan More

At colonial, we had greg spanos and he was the nicest hardest working salesman i've ever met. he handled my father-in-law (who came come off a tad "blunt" lets say)quite professionally. I was very comfortable with him, so I am happy that he received my sale. The entire staff worked together to make my car ready for pickup as promised (there was a potential delay, however they came through as promised and i know it wasn't easy for them so i am very impressed how they resolved the issue). james was kind as well, making sure we were comfortable while we waited and even stayed past closing time with greg so that i was able to pick up my car, (that meant alot. i highly recommend this dealership to others...i even got a terrific price for a 2010 nissan altima! they really do work hard to gain your buisness. plus you can't go wrong with greg spanos as your salesman.
