Anthony offered the product knowledge and customer service that made me feel comfortable buying from Colonial. He followed up with me and made sure I had the information I needed to make my purchase. Jim took amazing care of us through the Service Dept. and, since the old car was becoming more and more unreliable, Vinny put together an offer for us that was too good to pass up. We came back in the next day to buy the car and I was driving it home Monday afternoon. Vinny reminded me of guys I knew back in my old neighborhood - the kind of guy who will get you a great deal and then invite you over for Sunday dinner to celebrate.
