I went to this dealership after searching online for a car. then they contacted me through e-mail after going back and fourth with e-mail what they hade what could do for me. I was treated like I was special. it was on a Friday and after them giving me so much information on the auto. I was interested in. I purchased it it I'm going to be picking it up today Monday. I like to say that my salesman Albert Abramson was so effeiciant that I know more about the engine and everything under the hood than I ever knew. He was GREAT. I also liked the fact that they took care of everything from salestax to geting a sticker and driving off. I will also like to thank James B. and Finance Manager Gary Starr. for his help and making this happen. I would definitly recommend Colonial Nissan of Medford to anyone. I went in late after work (6ish) I was greeted by a cordial and friendly salesman. I explained I wanted to trade in my 2003 Altima and get a 2008 Altima. We did a test drive and everything was good. Bu cordial and friendly salesman. I explained I wanted to trade in my 2003 Altima and get a 2008 Altima. We did a test drive and everything was good. But never did i thought it was going to get even better!! Turns out they were able to get me approved with NMAC for a brand spanking new 2010 Altima! Larry was honest and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary packages or accessories. I picked up my new car on Tuesday after work and have been happy ever since. Thanks so much Larry! Definitely recommending this dealer and salesman to other Nissan fanatics! More
My husband and I were looking for a new or used reliable vehicle. One day my husband walked into Colonial Nissan in Medford just to look and Al came right out to greet him. We had visited a couple other dealerships but none with such attention like Al gave us. We went back together and Al showed us different used and new SUV's. Al was very concerned with showing us safe and reliable vehicles because he knew I am expecting. He went out of his way to help us make a choice that would fit our budget as well as get a good deal. He also made it very easy to trade in our other truck and get everything in order for the purchase. Colonial Nissan was a great experience through out and Al made the process quick and efficient. It was a busy weekend when we went but they made sure to be attentive and even ordered pizza for the customers. I would highly recommend Colonial Nissan in Medford. More
I returned for my second appointment with the intentions of possibly getting a new car. The car of my dreams was of course the fully loaded Rouge. Al was very helpful trying to find options for me to comfortably get into my dream car. He offered the leasing with option to purchase which would have been the most affordable for me. Al was very patien with me and my husband through all the questions we had and even stayed late with us discussing the possibilities of purchase vs. leasing. At no time was he pushy or rude, always had a smile on his face! Unfortunatelly right now I am looking to purchase the car without the leasing option, so I could not drive away with my dream car this time, but I will save my pennies and wait a little longer before I can purchase a new car, and will definitly go to Colonial Nissan when I'm ready. Best customer service I've encounter by far though, even after visiting 3 other dealers! More

Larry Bousbaa is a high energy salesman, friendly but honest with me about what I could expect during my first 'new' car purchase. He didn't sugar coat or make false promises and that's what I was lookin honest with me about what I could expect during my first 'new' car purchase. I know Colonial Nissan is in the business of making money but because I had great credit and a large down payment, BUT no real credit history this wasn't an easy finance job. They went the extra mile and got me financing where other local Nissan dealers threw up their hands. I didn't feel at the time, or later when the new car glow wore off, that the deal Colonial was able to make happen on my behalf was a 'at-any-cost' type of loan either (I'm think of the sub-prime folks and the credit card monsters). The terms are reasonable and my payments are set at a rate I can afford. When Larry had a slight delay beyond his control, his boss paid for an extra day of my rental car, Larry drove my new car to my job so I wouldn't have to take another day off work. It looked great, gas tank was full and inspection sticker attached. His boss also passed me a card good for 2 free oil changes. That's service and they'll get the first chance at my business next time, because of it. Thanks Larry! More
Overall experience was good. Initially told them we wanted a 2011 Murano SL. Salesman stated can't get them and don't know when they would be able to. When we asked what that meant he just raised his s wanted a 2011 Murano SL. Salesman stated can't get them and don't know when they would be able to. When we asked what that meant he just raised his shoulders. They then offered 2010 LE for lower price. During price negotiation suddenly the 2011 SL was available and they would be able to get it. Be prepared with prices and what you want before going in. Ended with a decent deal. More

The dealership was full of customer the day we went, a salesperson approach us and made sure we knew that they had seem us and were anxious to help us.
