Staff was great and even helped me out when I arrived after their closing time. A closer Nissan dealer said that they couldn't help me for weeks but Colonial was able to take me right in and everything w after their closing time. I brought my car to have it diagnosed for a stiff steering issue I was having. After further review I was told my steering rack needed to be replaced. I ended up changing the part myself somewhere el steering issue I was having. After further review I was told my steering rack needed to be replaced. I took it to another Nissan and the part I change was good the issue was a different part I was not told about the first time. This caused me to pay for 2 times to have it checked when I could have got the answer the first time. More
