Notified of an airbag light on at 3:40 in the afternoon, a voicemail which I didn’t get until AFTER picked the car up at 4:15, this needed to have been told to the customer in the morning. It is mandatory to let the customer know timely of a safety issue, I would have left the car another day to have it assessed which would have been 1) safer and 2) would have also saved me several hundred $$ in diagnostic fees. Whether it is a busy day or not, it was dissapointing to have this kind of service after many years of having my car serviced here. Additionally, it was asked by Joanne if I wanted my oil change performed when I dropped it off and I said that it would be great if that was posssible, but that I understood given that I was an unexpected add on to the schedule that it might not be possible. Was unpleasantly surprised to have WRITTEN on the bottom of the paperwork on car pickup that the “customer declined routine service” which was completely a falsehood. Again, very disappointing. I understand that it may have been a busy day, but that is no excuse for poor communication and poor service. More
