Had a major issue (self-inflicted) with a new Silverado. Parts took forever because the vehicle was so new, but once they came in the service was done very quickly and work was very good. Only one disappointment: the discontinuance of the Multi-Point Inspection print out; the inspection via Video was only 15 seconds long and all I saw was the hood open, the Mechanic standing near the front of the car, and a piece of equipment with 2 hoses on it going into the engine compartment. The old M-P-I print out contained much valuable information about the overall condition of the car, and was a great help to know that condition. Very sad to see it go. More
