I HAD MY 15,000 MILE SERVICE DONE 08/27/2022. . I WAS TEXTED THE DAY BEFORE WITH MY APPOINTMENT TIME.. I ARRIVED EARLY, THEY TOOK MY TRUCK RIGHT AWAY AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY OTHER CONCERNS, ISUUE . I WAS TEXTED THE DAY BEFORE WITH MY APPOINTMENT TIME.. I ARRIVED EARLY, THEY TOOK MY TRUCK RIGHT AWAY AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY OTHER CONCERNS, ISUUES, ETC... AS I WAS WALKING TO THE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA, I RECEIVED A TEXT ASKING IF I NEEDED ANYTHING WHILE I WAS WAITING TO TEXT TO MY SERVICE WRITER (FOREST).. I WAS WITHIN SHOUTING DISTANCE IF ANYTHING, BUT APPRECIATED THE TEXT.. THE SERVICE I REQUIRED TOOK A LITTLE TIME AS IT WAS THE 15,000 MILE SERVICE, AND FOREST HAD CHECKED ON ME A COUPLE TIMES TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL... OVERALL I HAD A SPLENDID EXPERIENCE AS I ALSO HAD TALKED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER (RON) AND ALSO DUARTE IN FINANCING... HAS SOME GREAT CONVERSATIONS AND INFORMATION WAS PASSED ALONG.. More

I did not schedule a time for the repair because I didn’t think a new compressor was the solution. I told the service manager that my mechanic said the compressor was cold and working perfectly and a code B0 think a new compressor was the solution. I told the service manager that my mechanic said the compressor was cold and working perfectly and a code B0413 was coming up with the diagnostic computer. My mechanic thought the control panel wasn’t working. Colonial said it was the compressor and quoted just over $1,200 for a new compressor. So I brought it back to my mechanic and he found the compressor empty. This required had a re-charge to verify the original diagnostics. I then tried another dealer and they found the same diagnostics as my mechanic and said it was the Temp Actuator Door. They replaced it and the ac works perfect. More
I brought my camaro to get a regular oil change and i got a bill for 231.00 I never heard of someone paying that much for a oil change.. they said that's what that car cost for oil change..
