Conveniently, I was able to have my routine maintenance (oil change, fluids, tire rotation, etc), state inspection and the airbag recall taken care of at one scheduled appt. Great customer service! Steve provided me with a quote quickly and adjusted my invoice since I had a coupon. Fred was friendly and made the visit more enjoyable due to his kinds words. One suggestion would be to present the invoice for the customer to view prior to payment and breakdown labor costs to include hours worked. This will allow the customer to fully understand the prices and can discuss any discrepancies or deduct coupons. The price quoted over the phone should match what the invoice when walking in to pick up the car. Transparency is key in communicating the cost. Nobody likes surprises.
