Gary Helbing, Pre-Owned Sales Director, was stellar. My goal was to help an aged friend who bought a used Impreza from the dealership 18 months ago. Beyond doing so at a fair price, Gary handled all of the paperwork including de-registration, cancelling the license plates and providing proof of such to submit to Town Hall to get the car off the tax rolls, and correctly filling-out the title to show transfer of ownership so that all my friend needed to do was sign - and done. And on top of it all, he is a friendly, personable gentleman. I wish I could give him six stars. If Subaru is listening, find a way to bottle-up Gary and distribute him to all your other dealerships!
