I have been a customer of Colonial Subaru for the past 7 yrs. I have bought and/or leased new cars as well as used cars. The way in which they have conducted business with me, my wife and daughter is unprecedented in todays car buying world. I find them possessing the highest level of professionalism and integrity that I have encountered in a very long time as evidence of the fact that I only buy cars from them. Nick in finance is also a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable, straightforward and professional. All details and questions are always clearly explained leaving you with the impression that you have been handled like you are special. That's what customers should feel when they do business with a company. The service team is exceptional as well. I have dealt with all of them. Especially Art, the manager, Casey, John and Ron. In case you haven't realized it yet, I am very happy with Colonial Subaru and all the people I have mentioned above. I requested a bottom line price for a specific make and model via email from internet sales people at several dealerships located in my shopping area. I was looking to trade in my 2007 Subaru Outback for a new XV Crosstrek. I looked online at Colonial's website and they had the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I sent in a request for a price quote and received one quickly. I came in the next day for a test drive, and met with Reid Ferris. He was leaving for the day, as I arrived close to 7 PM. Reid was nice enough to stay so that I can test drive the car. I emailed Reid early the next morning and told him that I was going to bring in my Outback to be appraised, and that I wanted to move forward and purchase the 2013 Crosstrek. The purchase of this car was seamless. It was rather enjoyable. The staff that I met was very courteous, and willing to help and answer any questions that I had. Upon picking up my new car, Reid gave me the grand tour of the place, introducing me to the service department, and members of the parts department.
