I was looking to trade in my 2007 Subaru Outback for a new XV Crosstrek. I looked online at Colonial's website and they had the exact car I was looking for on their lot. Reid was nice enough to stay so that I can test drive the car. I emailed Reid early the next morning and told him that I was going to bring in my Outback to be appraised, and that I wanted to move forward and purchase the 2013 Crosstrek. The purchase of this car was seamless. It was rather enjoyable. The staff that I met was very courteous, and willing to help and answer any questions that I had. Upon picking up my new car, Reid gave me the grand tour of the place, introducing me to the service department, and members of the parts department.
