The initial buying process was great, easiest car buying process ever. Then things got ugly. Late April 2013 we ordered a new 2013 Outback. At the time of sale, we were told we could have the car we wanted process ever. Then things got ugly. Late April 2013 we ordered a new 2013 Outback. At the time of sale, we were told we could have the car we wanted in any color except the color we wanted. Since we were firm on our color choice, we were told they would order one from the factory, it would take six weeks. No problem. Find out 4 weeks later, they NEVER ORDERED the car and now it's too late to order 2013 cars and too early to order 2014 cars. They NEVER ordered our car! They kept hoping one with our package and color would show up at another dealer! DON'T TELL ME YOU ARE ORDERING THE CAR IF YOU AREN'T!!! More

I bought a used Outback from Colonial Mazda and was very impressed with their openness about the car and the deal. No high pressure sales pitches, just plain old truth. I asked to have the car inspected before I test drove it, and not only did the dealership bring the car over to the service center for me, they took care of all of the adjustments that the service center recommended. ALL OF THEM. No double-talk or nonsense. My test drive was just that, A DRIVE. Patrick didn't talk my ear off about how the deal was going to work, or whether we had a deal at all. In the end, the price was very fair. At no point did I feel as though I was being taken advantage of or left without information. I am very satisfied with my experience and would suggest you take a look at Colonial Mazda/Subaru if you are in the market for a used car. More
