I can not speak to the warranty that they have because I have not had to use it as of this review date. I was in the market for an updated used vehicle. Truth be told that I was actually heading to a dealership that I visited prior but after a very rude and disheartening phone call with the used car manager, I had a change of heart and headed to Colonial Toyota in Milford to look at my options. I was very skeptical with the Colonial name as I did not have a very pleasant test drive at the Colonial Toyota in Westbrook and felt very pressured by the saleswomen who was not so friendly and over pushy. However, I am glad that I did not let my bad test drive at Colonial Toyota in Westbrook keep me from the excellent experience at Colonial Toyota in Milford. My mother and I walked into Colonial Toyota in Milford and our first impression were “wow”. We were super impressive of how clean the showroom was despite being very busy. We had the pleasure of a great discussion with both Erick Franceschini and Lorenzo Martinez. Both Erick and Lorenzo took the time to listen to what I needed in the vehicle and came up with an option for a test drive. The test drive was unremarkable, and no problems were encountered. Ultimately the test drive guided me to loving that particular vehicle and was ultimately the vehicle that I would be buying. There were some minor issues with the vehicle, and they were immediately addressed by Colonial Toyota without issue and they fixed the issues immediately. I was glad that I got to work with Erick and Lorenzo! They both patiently answered all of my questions and made both my mother and I very comfortable in this extremely important decision. My only slight criticism was the offer on my trade in was on the lower side (even though I was never offered an appraisal value at this dealership prior to being asked what my previous appraisal values were that were completed elsewhere). I just wished that I could have gotten a little more to offset the down payment. They both worked very hard to make a deal happen within my very strict budget guidelines. I financed the newer vehicle through Toyota, the financing offer, Michael Lavelanet, was very helpful, patient with me with all of my questions, even made sure that my payment was just under what I could offered. All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. Best experience I have had at any dealership so far.
