I have been a Toyota customer for 8 years. My previous car sales consultant was decreased. So I needed to search a new car sales consultant for myself. I researched to find the trusted car sales consultant through this website. I found Anthony Mao who got a lot of great reviews from other customers. I set up an appointment by email. Anthony called me and confirmed the appointment. He engaged with me and my husband very friendly. He asked right questions to me and I drove the car immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features. In addition, he worked with me in order to get the great deal. Although he is an employee of Toyota, he tried to listend to me and worked with me. At the same day, I got the car. Moreover, he introduced one of his colleagues, David Lee. Just in case, he might not be available when he is off dsy to ask any questions. I was very happy to see their teamwork and looked out for me. Anthony even gave me a call whether I went home safely with the new car. Because of Anthony's professionalism and outstanding customer's service, I continuously do business with Toyota. He is definitely a great asset with his company, Toyota. Horrible customer service in service So I arrived at colonial Toyota in Milford at 3:30 pm today , there was no one in the “walk-in” line in front of me and I was told I couldn’t get my o So I arrived at colonial Toyota in Milford at 3:30 pm today , there was no one in the “walk-in” line in front of me and I was told I couldn’t get my oil changed even though there’s 2:30 hours left until close while one of the techs used his cell phone not acknowledging a customer . I also had my kids with me as it’s their spring break . I’m completely disgusted with the way a long time customer of Toyota was treated . I hope the employee that couldn’t even be bothered to take my name or explain to me why if they’re open until 6pm I would have to be scheduled for a ten minute oil change . Very sad . I will say thank you to Eli for taking my complaint . Thumbs up to him but the service person was deplorable . Michael Kerwin More

Great experience buying a Tacoma at Colonial I was on the fence about purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. My first impression was that Art would be a good salesman to work with and I was happy that almost every truck in stock had the packages and options I wanted. After seeing a few trucks I decided to take a few days to think and can happily say that this is one of the only dealers / sales reps that didn't bombard me with propaganda to come back. When I did come back, I was able to get a very fair value on my trade-in, coming in higher than some of the other local dealers and took the truck at the price I wanted.
