Horrible customer service in service So I arrived at colonial Toyota in Milford at 3:30 pm today , there was no one in the “walk-in” line in front of me and I was told I couldn’t get my o So I arrived at colonial Toyota in Milford at 3:30 pm today , there was no one in the “walk-in” line in front of me and I was told I couldn’t get my oil changed even though there’s 2:30 hours left until close while one of the techs used his cell phone not acknowledging a customer . I also had my kids with me as it’s their spring break . I’m completely disgusted with the way a long time customer of Toyota was treated . I hope the employee that couldn’t even be bothered to take my name or explain to me why if they’re open until 6pm I would have to be scheduled for a ten minute oil change . Very sad . I will say thank you to Eli for taking my complaint . Thumbs up to him but the service person was deplorable . Michael Kerwin More

Great experience buying a Tacoma at Colonial I was on the fence about purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. My first impression was that Art would be a good salesman to work with and I was happy that almost every truck in stock had the packages and options I wanted. After seeing a few trucks I decided to take a few days to think and can happily say that this is one of the only dealers / sales reps that didn't bombard me with propaganda to come back. When I did come back, I was able to get a very fair value on my trade-in, coming in higher than some of the other local dealers and took the truck at the price I wanted.
