When I first met Frank I was sure he was going to be a hard sell and push us into a vehicle we couldn't afford (we had that experience at another dealership that morning). To ease my worries he took put his book of dealer reviews to show me. I asked if he only printed the good reviews and I would form my own opinion. We found a van we liked and frank worked to get the price to an affordable range for us. We were there through lunch time and frank ordered us pizza so we could eat. The bank approval process took longer than anticipated so frank entertained us with stories from his childhood. We heard about his pet xxxxxx, baskin robins, candy factory, and many other things. When all set and done, frank went above and beyond what I would expect from a dealer. A week later we had to resign some paperwork and frank even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. I would recommend frank to anyone who is looking for a pleasurable car buying experience. More
