We were in the market to purchase a 4 door sedan and needed to make a decision between the Honda Accord & Toyota Camry, these were the only 2 cars that we were interested in purchasing. We went to Colonial Toyota to learn about & drive a Toyota Camry with the intention of not purchasing one that day but after working with Frank Pratts, who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and not too pushy, decided to actually make the purchase within a few hours of meeting him and driving the hybrid Camry. As always, my experience with service is wonderful! Lenny Pue has always made me feel special...he's a great representation of what Toyota should stand for. Went into colonial just to browse and to see if there would be anything there that I would be interested in and not expecting to take anything home that day. Then there was Frank... Frank Pratts is very outgoing, friendly, and upbeat when we met him. He was very helpful, he explained everything to us before we bought the car and gave us time to choose which was the right car for us. W we met him. We didn't know which car we wanted or was best for us, and which car was in out budget range. Frank walked us through the whole sale, he was there for us the whole time we were there. We also got our car the same day, we weren't expecting to drive out in a new car the same day! He didn't make our visit to the dealer boring. We didn't expect to meet such a nice salesman, but we were lucky to find him! It was a great pleasure to have him as our salesman. We are now very happy with our car, and he is still there to help us with any problems with our car. We would recommend him to anyone. More
