It has been 10 years since I bought my 2003 Toyota Highlander. I have serviced this vehicle at Colonial Toyota since. I scheduled an oil change on 6/22/13. I have been toying with the idea of a new vehicle, but I was not sure what to buy. That day I saw a 2013 Toyota Prius V. On 6/23/13 my husband and I went back to test drive it and we met Frank Pratts. Yesterday (6/29/13) I brought that Prius V home with me. I was given a good trade-in for my Highlander. Frank was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk with. Would I recommend Frank Pratts and Colonial Toyota? Yes, I will! I hope to be servicing my Prius V there for the next 10 years too! Thanks, Frank! I really like this Prius V just like you said I would! More
My brother and I stopped in after visiting a Mazda dealership, checking out SUVs. It didn't take long after we met Frank Pratts at Colonial Toyota to decide that the Toyota Rav4 he showed us was the p dealership, checking out SUVs. It didn't take long after we met Frank Pratts at Colonial Toyota to decide that the Toyota Rav4 he showed us was the perfect vehicle we were looking for. We needed one which my 85 year old mother could get in and out of with relative ease. I was impressed immediately with how roomy it was compared to the Mazda equivalent. Overall it was just much more impressive in every way. My brother seached through comparative online sites so we were already sold on the safety and performance reviews of the Rav4. The quality of the Rav4 made it an easy choice and the attentiveness of Frank Pratts made shopping for a new vehicle such a pleasant experience. Within approx 90 minutes, I was driving off the lot in a snazzy new Barcelona Red Rav4...with my mother tucked in comfortably in the passenger seat. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this vehicle to my friends. And most of all, I would tell them to ask for Frank. He really does make you feel like you are dealing with a friend and not a salesman. More

We had returned to Colonial Toyota to pick up our car from being serviced, which was done to exceptional perfection by ROGER MALMETH and as usual we received a follow up call the next day from ROBIN HANS from being serviced, which was done to exceptional perfection by ROGER MALMETH and as usual we received a follow up call the next day from ROBIN HANSON to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We took our daughter along with us to look around for a vehicle and we found our favorite guy DAVE FOWLIN. We just gave him a general idea of what we were looking for in a few words. He walked us over to a Toyota Matrix S and that was it!!! This man definitely has a sixth sense. He knew exactly what we wanted and we didn't have to look any further. Needless to say we were amazed that DAVE FOWLIN could get her into a vehicle that was exactly perfect for her. DAVE FOWLIN saw to it that everything got handled efficiently and while DAVE was doing paper work we had a nice visit with GLORIA POWERS. We also showed our daughter around the dealership and she was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place, including the immaculate bathroom. Our daughter drove away in her new car that same day. We are still all amazed at DAVE FOWLIN'S uncanny ability to get someone into a vehicle and drive away that same day happy as a clam. We did have to return a few days later to complete our transaction and our daughter brought her friend with her. She gave her friend a tour of the dealership like one would show off their new home and she made sure that she introduced her friend to DAVE FOWLIN so when she is ready for a vehicle she will call upon DAVE FOWLIN also. All the people at Colonial Toyota are very cordial to the customers and they make you feel welcome and valued. That's the way to run a business, they all do put customers FIRST! Whatever our needs are when we go to Colonial, DAVE FOWLIN always directs us to the appropriate person and we are always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by all employees and our needs are met promptly. ROGER MALMETH saw to it that our service needs were taken care of immediatly I can honestly say we feel like royalty when we visit Colonial Toyota. Why would we want to go anywhere else. This visit there was also a follow up call from ROBIN HANSON who doubled checked to make sure we were satisfied with our service and to inform us of a shuttle service if needed. There is never any high pressure and we are free to ask questions and look for a vehicle, if we choose to, at our leisure. Thank you all for excellent service and attention to every detail More

Todd Jones and Frank Pratis made an impression of very honest and straightforward people with whom it's a pleasure to talk business and not waste time over pricing issue. Only positive emotions with this dealership (at least with these two employees). More
We have bought 2 cars from Colonial Toyota - a New 2007 Toyota Sequoia (purchased in 2007) and a 2008 used Rav4 (purchased in 2009) Both were reasonably priced. Both cars have had all of their service do Toyota Sequoia (purchased in 2007) and a 2008 used Rav4 (purchased in 2009) Both were reasonably priced. Both cars have had all of their service done at Colonial Toyota. The service is outstanding Lenny Pue is great! Although our sales experience was not exceptional since sales people are paid on commission and they all push hard, the service is what keeps us coming back for more. We will be buying another Toyota next year when our daughter starts to drive! More
I purchased a Nissian Versa Sedan '07 and its great except it had a CD stuck in the radio & a bad tire! I was upset that Hyginus (the salesman gave this car to me w/ these problems then had somewhat of except it had a CD stuck in the radio & a bad tire! I was upset that Hyginus (the salesman gave this car to me w/ these problems then had somewhat of an attitude w/ my sister when we had to go down there for the 3rd time!) When Dan stepped in everything got tooken care of and he apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated Dan for his people skills & ability to get things done. More
