At the dealership we met with Dan Reardon, who was a real pleasure to work with: patiently answering questions and communicating such interest in us and our satisfaction. Meeting with Justin Gliem in Finance was another very positive part of the process as he thoroughly explained options, also without pressure. Last was the "coaching" on the car's technology, patiently and pleasantly explained by Erin Smith, reducing my anxiety greatly. We were so impressed by the quality of the people we met and the customer service we experienced and look forward to an ongoing relationship with this dealership though maintenance and service. More

Yesterday I took my 85-year-old mother to Colonial VW Subaru to get a new Subaru Crosstrek. It's her first new car in 14 years and she was really nervous about everything, including all the new tech that Subaru to get a new Subaru Crosstrek. My mother was never once pressured with a "hard sell." She is now happily driving her beautiful new car to the grocery store and running other errands.
