I have a 2017 GTI and a 2015 sportwagen that are serviced at VW Medford regularly. For the 2017 GTI, I brought it in for an headlight replacement under warranty. I bring my car here expecting good service, as one should bringing their car to the brand specific dealership. The last two times I have brought my car in for as oil change in tire rotation there has been ne bringing their car to the brand specific dealership. The last two times I have brought my car in for as oil change in tire rotation there has been neglect while doing the oil change. I shouldn’t find bits of oil around my engine bay nor should I see it leaking down the side of the engine block from a lazy technician poorly refilling the engine with oil. I asked for my tires to be rotated to opposite side of the vehicle to help continue with proper wear. I was told by Frank that they can not do that. I then had to show him the tires are not directional and that they can be rotated that way and not just front to back on the same side. I drive my car daily and it’s just me in the vehicle. The weight of my body will wear down the drivers side more over time so it’s best to properly rotate from side to side. After the job was done I was charged more than normal just for the request of opposite sides. I brought this to franks attention and he brushed it off. I then grabbed a older recipe to show Dan this was incorrect and there was no reason to get billed more just for the request. Dan corrected the issue and I felt better leaving there. Dan has always been great towards me and I just want that known. If my engine bay is left a mess again I will be finding elsewhere to have my car’s maintenance done. More

Went in with a broken windshield wiper that also cracked my windshield. The customer service is always awesome at the service department, but Dan truly helped me out! The cost was going to be way more tha my windshield. The customer service is always awesome at the service department, but Dan truly helped me out! The cost was going to be way more than I expected, but he found out that it was covered by a warranty and I only had to pay for the new wipers. Also, their weren't any loaner cars available but Dan was able to order me complimentary rides to work that day and back to dealership to pick up my car. It's always annoying to have something go wrong with your car, but Dan definitely did his best to make this experience easy and low-stress for me. More
