Setting up an appointment was easy and I got the right amount of appointment reminders. When I arrived, they took my car promptly and it was clear what service was being done. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and pick it up at the end of the day. My service rep contacted me when my vehicle was evaluated and when the work was complete. They were supposed to do an alignment for me after changing a tire. When I got the car back, it significantly pulls to the left all of sudden. I went back to them to have them fix the problem - they changing a tire. When I got the car back, it significantly pulls to the left all of sudden. I went back to them to have them fix the problem - they claim they did not think it was pulling to the left, but claim to have done a alignment again for free. Well, the car still pulls to the left. this is infuriating since I paid >$300 for the service, and the service is what CAUSED the problem. I've been back and forth to the dealership 4 times with no resolution, and also had to take an uber twice at my expense ($30 each time). The front end people are really nice, but clearly there is something wrong with the technician doing alignments and test driving the cars. I want my money back. More
