They were supposed to do an alignment for me after changing a tire. When I got the car back, it significantly pulls to the left all of sudden. I went back to them to have them fix the problem - they changing a tire. When I got the car back, it significantly pulls to the left all of sudden. I went back to them to have them fix the problem - they claim they did not think it was pulling to the left, but claim to have done a alignment again for free. Well, the car still pulls to the left. this is infuriating since I paid >$300 for the service, and the service is what CAUSED the problem. I've been back and forth to the dealership 4 times with no resolution, and also had to take an uber twice at my expense ($30 each time). The front end people are really nice, but clearly there is something wrong with the technician doing alignments and test driving the cars. I want my money back. More

Based on multiple appointments for my Golf Wagon over the last 7 years, I believe that the service dept at Medford VW is probably the best of the car dealerships I have experienced. More
