An all too rare act of kindness. Frank Dicostanzo the Service Manager, assisted me in transporting my Atlas to California. I'd purchased the vehicle from another dealership on th Frank Dicostanzo the Service Manager, assisted me in transporting my Atlas to California. I'd purchased the vehicle from another dealership on the east coast and needed to make a flight home with my family of 5. I was in a jam trying to find a pick up location with a three day window. Frank allowed me to leave him the keys and handle to pickup for me. Never was I in doubt that my car was in safe hands. When I asked how I could compensate him for this service he simply said that he would be happy to help a loyal VW owner. Wow this dealership knows how to hire! If I ever have the opportunity to buy another... I'll call them first! More
