This was my 2nd visit to the Colonial VW service department. I will certainly be back. Once again I received top notch service from Dan. Colonial of Medford Blasted on the lug nuts after having tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done. I had to jump on my breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts so I could do a rear brake service. Torqui tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done. I had to jump on my breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts so I could do a rear brake service. Torquing the wheels to factory specs (120nm) takes maybe an extra minute. Why can’t this shop simply do things properly. More
