I had initially decided to come to Colonial based on a friend's recommendation, and couldn't have had a more positive experince. On my recent visit, everything went perfectly. Connor was very helpful and worked with me with a high degree of patience and no pressure whatsoever. He served as a consultant, rather than a salesperson, and helped guide me to a great deal on a GTI that I am very comfortable with. The rest of the sales staff was also friendly, professional, and accommodating. My last visit had set the bar high, and Connor rose above it to provide a terrific experience. I come from a sales background, so I truly appreciate Connor's low pressure and professional approach. I also have had very positive experiences with the service department. More
