The Ultimate Car Buying Experience I was amazed by the customer service I received during the whole car buying process at Colonial Volkswagen. I had considered another car brand, but th I was amazed by the customer service I received during the whole car buying process at Colonial Volkswagen. I had considered another car brand, but the dealership in Millbury I went to was an absolute clownshow (the absolute worst dealer I've ever dealt with). I also dealt with another VW dealer close to my house, but financially what they were offering me wasn't feasible. I decided to give Colonial VW a try. I inquired about a certain car (a Beige 2016 Passat) online, and shortly thereafter a gentlemen named Derek Paquette provided me with more information and pictures of the Passat that I was interested in. I met with Derek that same night to sign the paperwork. Derek was very polite, not pushy, and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The showroom was very nice, and had a very laid back atmosphere. Eric Hofer in Finance got me a real good rate, with monthly payments that I could afford. On my delivery date, Derek made sure that all my accessories that I wanted were installed, and he throughly went over the Passat's features. Even though Colonial VW is 30 minutes from my house, I don't regret it. Derek, Eric, and Kathryn did a wonderful job during my car buying process (No hiccups). Thank you, Gentlemen. I enjoy my new Passat. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new, or used VW. More
