Great Purchase Experience / No BS I wanted a new car but, like everyone, didn't want to buy unless the numbers made sense. I did my homework on the trade in value of my car (2012 Honda Accord) and decided that I'd go take a look at a GTI I saw on Colonial's web site. Stopped by the dealer on Saturday with no intention of buying a car - just wanted to see what the numbers looked like. Ended up seeing a 2015 Jetta GLI SEL on the lot at a big discount. Drove it and loved it. The hardest part of buying a car in my experience was the negotiation which surprisingly Connor and his boss made very simple. They gave me a good value on my trade without any haggling and explained what the current deals were with VW Credit for qualified buyers so there were no surprises. They are my local dealer and I felt comfortable and confident in agreeing to buy the car. Picked it up the following Monday and love it! Kudos to Connor and the staff at Colonial! More

Jason was friendly and professional and was able to get me into exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted (and he was very patient in the process because my requests were pretty specific). There was also no pressure, games, or haggling which is awesome! Since my requests were so specific, I had to wait a short while for my car to come in and he kept me in the loop the whole time. Kathryn was also very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with when it came time to sign the paperwork. I would absolutely recommend Colonial Westborough and will keep coming back. More
