CONNOR B is the Salesman to SEE!!! Connor, to put it simply, is THE BEST!... I was in service, never looking for a new car, I actually thought Connor was my service advisor telling me m Connor, to put it simply, is THE BEST!... Well Connor was a salesman, who was just offering to make me a cup of coffee he was EXTREMELY polite and a true gentleman throughout the sales process, Anyhow, he asked me a little about my trade. Knowing it was five years old he informed me of how i was out of my factory warranty and also told me that if I had ever thought about trading my car that now was the time to pounce on the Savings.!! He exlpained how it was smart to get into another fully Warrantied Jetta, and how it was the perfect time, mileage & age,. And if ever, right know would be the smart time to trade my jetta which i was originally in for service for.. Connor Put me into a New Jetta which i absolutley cant get enough of, I am excited every morning to commute to work i love it that much! However, He also got me what I was looking for on my trade, he met my exact expectations for what i thought was fair value with doing my research on my trade.. It was an easy, FUN (for the first time at a Dealership) and flawless experience. Thank you Connor for informing me on how to buy a car and sell my trade at a time when i really get the full benefits and maximum equity out of each vehicle.. I would recommend Colonial VW to anyone looking (or not looking as I was not) to buy a car. The whole staff was polite and curtious, Connor is very easy going not pushy and extremely knowledgeable about Volkswagens and how to correctly work with people. Derek was the most knowledgeable and personable representative that I have ever come across. This guy made everything possible. From the moment I made the appointment Derek made sure he had everything covered. He was outside to greet me on a day when it was negative degrees with my car all gassed up and warm for me to test drive. The test drive was impeccable. He had plenty of routes to choose from that allowed me to really feel the handling of my VW CC and see what the puppy could really do. When it came down to buying the car it was a no brainer, and I felt no pressure from Derek. He was just simply there to make sure my entire experience was one that I could never forget. From Jeff the Internet guy, who provided tons of info over the phone, to Dan Heckman, my incredible salesman, I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend the Westborough team to anyone interested in buying a car. I did not get to pick up my car until late on a cold February night but Dan had my new (ish) car warmed up, shiny and ready to go. He took the time to instruct me about all the great features in my GTI and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Dan is new to the Westborough dealership but had a wealth of knowledge about the model I bought and the financing options that were available to me. Colonial is very lucky to have him on their team! Worst Service Ever!!! Bought a 2014 Jetta from them in 2014. Brought it in for it's 40,000 mile check up. That was great until they gave me a loaner vehicle that got a flat Bought a 2014 Jetta from them in 2014. Brought it in for it's 40,000 mile check up. That was great until they gave me a loaner vehicle that got a flat tire on the mass pike! I got towed because of the laws that cover the pike. Thankfully was brought to work by the tow company. I called Colonial to tell them what happened they said no problem. I then waited 2 days for them to get my car from the tow company! 2 days!!!!! They would not give me another lease because I already had one out in my name. It took the owner of the vehicle to call the tow company to get the LOANER car towed back to Colonial so we could get our car back!!! This is ridiculous customer service. I called multiple times to talk to someone and was even hung up on by John in the service center!! I NEVER thought I would be treated like this after buying a car from them! Then when we go to get the car, they charge us for a tire, the tow anddddd the service totaling $850. It went in to the shop because it wasn't running correctly and they COULDN'T find anything wrong with it. ?? No manager there on a Saturday to talk to, just to top things off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO COLONIAL VW, EVER!! More
