Chris Tattrie was great to work with, he's a very easy going sale person who spent the time with us to give honest opinions about the trade-offs between new and certified pre-owned cars. After our first meeting with Chris, we left to go on vacation for two weeks. Chris kept a no pressure line of communications open with us while on vacation, as we were considering a pre-owned car that was sitting on the lot. Once we made our decision to buy the pre-owned, Chris got us a price we liked, and kept things rolling even as he left to go on vacation himself. When we finally set the date to pick-up the car, the business team closed the paper work in about 20 minutes, remarkable and welcomed! Ask for Chris Tattrie if your going to Colonial VW. We enjoyed Chris's easy going approach to sales, his support throughout the process, and his genuine interest in us as people. More

Great Purchasing Experience I came back to Colonial VW after (mistakenly) purchasing my last car at another dealership. Working with Brendan Chamberlin, I was able to get into a I came back to Colonial VW after (mistakenly) purchasing my last car at another dealership. Working with Brendan Chamberlin, I was able to get into a 2015 VW Golf TDI with all of the options I wanted. Brendan went out of his way, on a VERY busy day, to help my fiancé and I into a TDI to test drive, and its gas powered counterpart to compare. When we got back, we talked numbers with Brendan, without any of the pressure or "How can we get you in this car today" stuff that other dealers use. In the end, I got a great deal on the car and exactly what I wanted for my trade. I'm now in the best car I've ever driven from the best dealership around. I really can't stress enough how refreshing it is to know that you can buy a car without a hassle in this area. I'd also have to point out too that the service department is top notch, and even though I purchased my last car elsewhere I still had it serviced at Colonial. This is quite a long review, but in closing Its worth noting how thorough Brendan was when he delivered the car to me, showing me every detail of the car and making sure I knew every feature before driving off the lot. I only had a few minutes to spend at Colonial that day, but Mike Lodowski quickly showed me the car and answered all of my questions. I had to ride the commuter rail back into Westboro the next day...Jeff Crown picked me up at the MBTA station and gave me a ride to the bank before we headed back to Colonial. Tim Barnes took me on a thorough test drive and got me a great price on the car, and worked with Aaron, the finance manager, to get me financed and have paperwork signed that day. Although it was a few days until I was able to pick up my Passat, Tim got me a loaner vehicle to use until mine was ready. I can't reccommend Colonial VW highly enough. The service was phenomenal, and they had a better selection of manual transmission cars than I had seen at any other dealership. More

From the morning I stopped by the dealership to browse the lot, to the night I picked up my new 2014 VW Jetta SE, Dave went above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service during the whole process. Not once did I feel pushed or pressured into making a decision. Dave did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the price and I couldn't be more happy with the way things turned out. Not only did Dave negotiate with me and offer me a price that we both felt was fair, he also set me up with a rental car at no extra cost to make sure I was able to get to my first day of work at my new job. When he left me a voicemail to let me know my paperwork was received and my car was ready, he even wished me luck for my first day! Just a genuine, good guy, who treats his customers the same way he likes to be treated when the roles are reversed. As Dave reminded me, he's a consumer too. To top it off, he even stayed late so that I didn't have to leave my new job early in order to pick my car up. The complete experience was just great. Dave was a great, generous person.
