I had a great experience working with Chris Tattrie during the purchase process of a 2012 GTI. I would certainly work with Chris again. He even delivered the vehicle to my house. The lady responsible for the paperwork was less friendly and tried too much to push additional warranties, services, etc., and got upset when I did not take any of the "offers". She got even more upset when I declined to sign a document that stated that I declined all the (great) offers. I have been working with Colonial for several years, and so far I have good experience with the service department. When I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009, the purchase experience was not so great, nevertheless I decided to try again, and was surprised by Chris' professionalism. More

I came in from out of town to buy at this dealership because they were the most responsive to my email requests, matched the price I wanted, and had the car available. Our 208 VW Jetta was making a noise that we were very concerned about. I called and spoke with Bill Carr and he was fantastic about getting us in on short notice to have the car checked out. My sales consultant David Thacker was exceptional in every aspect in finding the exact car I was looking for as well closing the deal once I was committed in purchasing my new car. The Finance Manager Ammar Al-aghawani explained the different options for payment and helped to expedite the process of making sure the car was turned over to me within a short time. Pierre Saliba was the best! I was a first time buyer wanting to get a brand new car. It is a very intimidating process but when I came in to buy the vehicle he made it easy, efficient, and fun.
