Pierre Saliba was very pleasant and made an offer that was too good to walk away from. We kept waiting for the high pressure "sales talk" and the hidden add-ons, but there weren't any. Pierre patiently stayed after hours while we grilled him with questions looking for any tricks. (We have had many bad experiences working with dealers in the past.) When we came to finalize the deal, we worked with Renel who is very good-natured and funny. We kept waiting for him to add in extra costs or pressure us about car warranties - he didn't. He told us what was available and asked what we would like to do. We completed the deal in less than 20 minutes - with no unpleasant surprises! Literally - a first for us. He was able to provide updates on the stages of the process and made sure that every detail I wanted was met. The Colonial crew as a whole has done a great job with previous VW cars I have had and they do take care of you. Tim Barnes Is Outstanding! I came to Colonial Volkswagen to look at the new 2015 Passat. I was introduced to Tim Barnes one of the salesman. Tim showed me a Passat and explained I came to Colonial Volkswagen to look at the new 2015 Passat. I was introduced to Tim Barnes one of the salesman. Tim showed me a Passat and explained all of trim levels "S" "SE" & "SEL" and described them all to me in detail. After driving the SE Passat and talking for a bit I decided to go through with the purchase. I now happily own a Gas engine 2015 Passat SE. During the process I was introduced to Tony a sale manager who was also very kind. They were very helpful with my trade in and gave me a very reasonable valuation on it. I love the product so much that my girlfriend decided to switch from her Honda and purchase a "4-Motion" Tiguan. She and I are very satisfied and the entire buying process was professional, informative and free of pressure tactics. If you are reading this & considering stopping in to check out a Volkswagen I strongly recommend that you do. I also would strongly suggest you deal with Tim for your purchase. He really knows the product well and knows how to put you into the right car and trim level for your needs and or budget. Overall two truly exceptional purchases. Both on the same day might I add.
