Colonial VW is probably the best VW dealership on the planet (well at least it is for NA). The service team is phenomenal. The sales team is excellent. The dealership missed some serious safety issues with a Certified ID4 we purchased. The front safety sensors weren’t working which show on the drivers display when you start the car. Also had a recall issue that should have been taken care of pre delivery. Multiple other issues that were overlooked or missed during inspection. On our fifth visit to the dealership when one is all we should have needed. Won’t be purchasing at Colonial again. EDIT* At the end of the day Colonial and their GSM came together with us and resolved our issues and went above and beyond doing so. Buying a vehicle is a difficult and costly process nowadays and Pierre understood that and made sure our issues were resolved. Extra thanks to our salesman Marc and the service team. More
