I have used this dealer and their service department since 2003 when I bought my used VW Jetta Wagon. The car developed some annoying "features" that they fixed immediately. They have bent over backwards to resolve any car issues I have had. I had a problem with the work of one of their mechanics, that was resolved immediately as well. On their own initiative, they were able to get me a month free of a car payment from VW of America. When I ask questions, I get an honest answer about the necessity getting different types of maintenance done (as in needed and worth the money or not really needed). A mechanic volunteered to stay after hours when I showed up at 5pm with a tire that was deflating. The service area seems to be always busy but I usually can get servicing on the day that suits me best. Love the team of Bill & Bill in the service department. They are hard workers and straighter shooters. Can not say enough good things about them. More

I spend whole weekend looking for the best deal for 2012 VW Passat and trade in price for my Honda. I signed the deal on Wednesday and picked up the car on the next day. Chris Ployer sold me the vehicle and Tony Strozina, General Manager, approved the deal and all discounts. I would like to say thank you to both of them. Also, my plate number somehow got stuck to my Honda and it took Chris 40 minutes to take it off. I really feel bad because he cut his hands but managed to rip the number off and put it to my new VW. Thank you, I hope his wounds will heal soon! More

Colonial Volkswagen is a very well serviced dealership, when I went in to buy my new Volkswagen, I was not even interested in buying the Volkswagen Tiguan. It was not until I had met with the the sales con when I went in to buy my new Volkswagen, I was not even interested in buying the Volkswagen Tiguan. It was not until I had met with the the sales consultant Rick Dolliver, in which he had explained to me in full detail about the differences in not only Volkswagen but Audi also. My entire purchase time at this dealership took around three days. The first day, I informed the dealership that I was interested in buying an Audi Q5 and had never really had much interest in the Volkswagen. As soon as Rick heard this he did not say hey Audi stinks come get a Volkswagen, he sat down with me and informed me the Audi has it's perks and is a great car, but so is the Volkswagen. This was very different I did not feel as if I was being salesperson-ed in, but rather talking to a friend about cars. By the end of the first day, I had test driven the Tiguan, and unlike other dealers Rick had shown me the ins and outs of this vehicle. I was informed more about the Tiguan over the Audi Q5 which was the initial car I was going to buy. I felt due to the great customer service that Rick provided I was able to ask him any question that came to mind and have it answered if he did not know the answer he was quick enough to find that information that was requested. In the end I would definitely recommend the sales consultants and dealership to anyone whose in the market to purchase in a new car. You would be surprised on how many dealerships I had visited but Colonial Volkswagen was one that clearly stood out due to the amazing quality of service they provided. More

I went to a ton of dealerships where car dealers really lived up to their reputation of being high stress all about the commision that really did not care what your limit was and constantly trying to get you into something over your head. I highly recomend Rick Doliver and would never even think of going anywhere else as he did inform me that Colonial has a bunch of dealerships of every make. What a wonderful experience this was !!! This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had thanks to Chris Ployer. He was knowledgeable, didn't try to sell the R as a Golf and was extremely respectful and polite. But as a whole, this was one of the most professional dealership that I have ever dealt with. Was open to negotiation although the market appears (at least with Diesel Automobiles) to be one that the dealer can demand "top dollar" for the "units" that are in stock. This was possibly the best car buying experience of my lifetime. My second experience with this organization, first Wellesley and now Colonial. Sales was just great, now to see if service lives up to what appear to be the high standards of this dealership. More

They even helped get in touch with someone at an Insurance company nearby so that I could start an auto insurance policy. They went well and above the call of duty.
