I have purchased three cars through Pierre Saliba and from this dealership. It was because Pierre is very detail oriented, makes sure his customer is satisfied with their purchase, explains how the car w from this dealership. It was because Pierre is very detail oriented, makes sure his customer is satisfied with their purchase, explains how the car works, does what he says he will do, etc. All of this translates into an excellent customer experience. In addition, because I had both great car buying and service repair experiences, I feel this dealership delivers a complete package so why would I even want to buy a car anywhere else. This was my first experience buying a car and I have to say it was absolutely horrific for a multitude of reasons. It is a shame because my family has always bought VWs and I will never buy a VW from any d say it was absolutely horrific for a multitude of reasons. It is a shame because my family has always bought VWs and I will never buy a VW from any dealership after having such a horrible experience at this one. First and foremost the customer service was terrible from the sales rep. I felt like I was treated as unimportant, unintelligent, and as though the dealership was indifferent as to whether or not I made a sale. Overall I was treated poorly; in fact I receive better customer service when buying shoes whether from a store like Footlocker or from Saks Fifth Avenue. At one point I even spoke with the sales manager who was completely rude as well, consistent with the rest of the Colonial staff. The finance department was mediocre but polite. I could go into detail about the series of events which added to the negativity of this experience but this review would probably become a short novel. In summary I was excited to buy my first new car. I anticipated that it may be a bit stressful but at least exciting. Instead it was horrifying, changing my image of not only the dealership but also of VW. The new car that I was so excited to purchase I now strongly dislike and feel as though it’s a lemon. Since Colonial of Westboro has failed to come close to satisfying me, nor have they even attempted to try and right their wrongs I’m hoping that this review will at least draw public attention and deter some from purchasing their car through Colonial and save themselves the hassle. With an aging car begging to be traded I set off in search of a new vehicle for my family while remaining very price conscious. As an owner of several VW's my wife and I really wanted to get another, but we needed more space! A Jetta wouldn't cut it and the Toureg was out of our price range so - we went with the Routan. Yes, the minivan. Despite our hesitance to buy the mini-van our sales rep, David, calmed our fears and showed how quickly dual TV monitors, automatic doors and power everything can make up for the non-Ferrari appearance. We got a great deal and good value on our trade and once the car was delivered David walked us through the features and benefits of our new vehicle and even set up the Blu-Tooth for us! From start to finish is a was a pleasant experience and I look forward to working with them again. More

With the lower interest rate this was definately a better deal on my end, and I was very thankful he was so helpful.
