Do not buy a car from this dealership. We bought a car from them in Oct 2023 and as we drove off the lot and turned on the heater, we found it didn’t work. Neither did the drivers side win We bought a car from them in Oct 2023 and as we drove off the lot and turned on the heater, we found it didn’t work. Neither did the drivers side window. We took it back and they said “too bad” and offered a repair estimate of $1800 to fix both issues. I’m kicking myself that we didn’t check these things when we test drove, but we also didn’t anticipate such dishonesty. (They are very friendly sales people who make you think they’re taking care of you.) I understand we have no legal recourse here. We signed the bill of sale and the transaction is closed. It’s our fault. We bought the xxxxty car and now we’re paying for it. I simply leave this review to say—be forewarned. This dealership is not ethical and I wish I could go back in time. More

Our salesperson, Zee, was nice but did not offer or pursue enough. We put in an online credit app with our suggested down payment. We were never told why we were denied for that vehicle and weren't off pursue enough. We put in an online credit app with our suggested down payment.
