I brought my 2024 RAM 2500 in for service. on 10-21 2026, and I was helped by a service advisor Tonia Emmitt, I was very pleased with her knowledge of what my vehicle needed, and I was very co on 10-21 2026, and I was helped by a service advisor Tonia Emmitt, I was very pleased with her knowledge of what my vehicle needed, and I was very comfortable with this person because she did not push any unwanted services on me. and was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. I was told at that time that my vehicle needed new tires, and I told her thank you, but I was going to look around and see who had the best prices. and after leaving the dealership and going to a tire place and speaking to them about tires, I decided to go back to the dealership Columbia Dodge Jeep ram, and I spoke with Miss Tonia about purchasing tires from them, and I was very happy with the results, and I ordered me new tires. I’m saying all of this because I trust this service advisor. I feel like the information she gave me was accurate, correct, and she wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I will continue going back to this dealership for service. and when I’m ready to buy a new vehicle, I will look them up first because of the way this service advisor treated me.. More
