Literally the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. First, the price listed on the site was dramatically different from the price told to me on the phone. Second, the finance manager was way too p car. First, the price listed on the site was dramatically different from the price told to me on the phone. Second, the finance manager was way too pushy on selling me an extended warranty and gap coverage. I get it, you have a quota, but "no" means "no", dude. Then they tried to charge me some fee related to figuring out my taxes (which they figured incorrectly), trying to say "every car dealership charges that" when literally no other dealership (of which I've dealt with many, both in and out of the state) has ever even mentioned trying to charge me for it. All of that I can kind of overlook. But, it just kept going. It took a month to get my new car to me. They sent 1 person to unload it and load my old car to take with them. Which took well over an hour. At my job. It's taken over a month to register my new car. I still haven't received my paperwork. They then sent me a new plate after I specifically told them I was keeping my current plate. I also just got something in the mail saying they underpaid the taxes and registration fees, which included a penalty cuz they were way late getting everything taken care of, so I still have a balance due. Which was all supposed to be taken care of by them. And through all this, no communication. Literally the worst communication I've ever dealt with. No responding to texts or messages or phone calls, no follow-ups, and apparently no communication between each other within the company. The whole experience has been a complete and total unprofessional headache. Next time I'm in the market for a new car, I will be staying away from this place. Literally the only good thing was the deal I got. But no deal is good enough to willingly put up with them again. More
