This was an interesting test of this dealership's ability to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with us outside, and kept bringing us information there). We had not expected to buy a car there, but it was our last visit to a dealership (after visiting a total of 9 others, two of which were Ford dealerships), because of the level of customer service.
