We live 5 minutes away from two other Ford Dealerships but decided to go with Columbia which is 40 minutes away! Reason for this is that we were so incredibly impressed by Ed Carpenter and Chris the manag but decided to go with Columbia which is 40 minutes away! When we changed our mind and decided to order new we stuck with them because of their honestly, personality and knowledge. We were also incredibly impressed by the facility itself, we have never seen such a "cool" dealership~ the design, the cleanliness etc..all very inviting. It was worth the long drive for the purchase. More

This was an interesting test of this dealership's ability to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with us outside, and kept bringing us information there). Excellent overall experience from the Internet emails with Jake to the Sales experience with Ed C and his Sales Mgr to the final processes with Sarah. In addition, Staff worked very hard to obtain th with Jake to the Sales experience with Ed C and his Sales Mgr to the final processes with Sarah. In addition, Staff worked very hard to obtain the necessary forms from Kia to allow me to transfer my Veteran's vanity plates to the leased vehicle. I am very impresses with how smoothly that process went. I have purchased and leased many vehicles, and this experience rates as one of the most satisfying overall.
