I had decent experience with the sales staff, however when it came time for service ... completely different experience. I have a leak in the passengers side from the A/C. Brought it in to get it fixed when it came time for service ... completely different experience. I have a leak in the passengers side from the A/C. Brought it in to get it fixed ... had to make another appt because they needed to take it a part and could have it 3 or more days. When I inquired about a loaner vehicle they said they don't have them, but they could get me a discounted rate on a rental at enterprise. This car is 4 months old ... why should I have to pay any $ for a rental when this is under warranty? They wouldn't budge on this ... then I mentioned that I might have to go else where to get it serviced ... they said fine. Apparently my business is not wanted and thats fine with me. I will never have my car serviced here again. Nor will I buy another car here again. Sorry Mr. Gates, but you've lost a customer for good. More
