From start to finish Ed Carpenter was very helpful with any questions my father and I had about the newer Ford trucks. He showed us total respect and friendliness throughout the deal. I had done a weeks worth of internet shopping before I even placed a call. I knew the right price to pay, and Ed even made the price better after sitting down with him. Based on past experience with the Columia Ford servic dept., I wanted to buy from Columbia Ford anyway. Owned Fords my entire life. I started working with Ed Carpenter in 2012 and leased a new 2012 kia optima SE (totally loaded). Since then, I have purchashed two NEW Ford F-150 pick up trucks for my pest control business, and a used Fo new 2012 kia optima SE (totally loaded). Since then, I have purchashed two NEW Ford F-150 pick up trucks for my pest control business, and a used Ford Escape for my Son who just graduated High School. Ed is a Fantastic Salesman with NO hard sell tactics or like any "typical" salesperson. I was just in the dealership today to Lease a NEW 2013 Kia Optima for my mother, AND a NEW Kia Rio for my soon to be son-in-law. If all goes well, I will be in next week to look into buying a used car for my Neice. I did a lot of searching around and the KIA vehicle I purchased (2014 KIA Forte) had the most interior cabin space than any of the other cars in its class, had a stronger engine, and was the most afforda purchased (2014 KIA Forte) had the most interior cabin space than any of the other cars in its class, had a stronger engine, and was the most affordable. It was a no brainer choosing the KIA!!! And the sales staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs, It was a very pleasurable experience working with this dealership! More
