I am a person who believes strongly in customer service. I am received customer service at this dealership, from sales to service, at no other dealership that I have dealt with. This was an interesting test of this dealership's ability to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with us outside, and kept bringing us information there). We had not expected to buy a car there, but it was our last visit to a dealership (after visiting a total of 9 others, two of which were Ford dealerships), because of the level of customer service. Excellent overall experience from the Internet emails with Jake to the Sales experience with Ed C and his Sales Mgr to the final processes with Sarah. In addition, Staff worked very hard to obtain th with Jake to the Sales experience with Ed C and his Sales Mgr to the final processes with Sarah. In addition, Staff worked very hard to obtain the necessary forms from Kia to allow me to transfer my Veteran's vanity plates to the leased vehicle. I am very impresses with how smoothly that process went. I have purchased and leased many vehicles, and this experience rates as one of the most satisfying overall. I love the new Sorento, and I will recommend Columbia Ford to others. Thank You More
