Astonished at price vis a vis work needed Although I was entirely satisfied with the work done as well as with the attention provided by the staff, the cost of the work in comparison with the Although I was entirely satisfied with the work done as well as with the attention provided by the staff, the cost of the work in comparison with the scope of the work seemed entirely disproportionate. The damage seemed extremely slight; I asked for the repair because the car is brand new. However the cost for the repair seemed astronomical in comparison with the work needed. Also, I was surprised NOT to be given a detailed summation of the work that had been done. I received a sheet of paper with an annotated receipt for the payment via credit card and a one line statement of "repair to rear bumper." More
