They did a great job with the loaner vehicle, but it took 3 months for the part to come in and the vehicle is only 1 year old. The waiting room was comfortable and had a good atmosphere, but I had to wait in it for over an hour and a half for an oil change and a tire rotation. Jamie was very efficient and straight forward. We told him what we needed and he didn't try to sell us on something else. Cuong in Finance was just as great he got us in and out in 30 minutes.
