"Incredibly Helpful Service"

Both of my key fobs had quit working several weeks ago, and after checking with several people, I was told to go see T.J. Mitchell in the service department at Columbia Honda. I was running last minute errands before leaving town for my dad's funeral and was close to the business so I stopped by to see if T.J. was there and could help me. He had them both fixed within minutes and I was on my way. Thank you so very much, T.J. You're the best!

"Superb customer service"

After three years of ownership, I was suddenly having new difficulties with the programming and blue tooth features of my 2012 Honda Odyssey mini-van. I called to schedule a service visit. T. J. Mitchell met me as I pulled up and made inquires. He was able to reprogram and reset several features within minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I truly appreciated the fact that he took the time to investigate and problem-solve, prior to sending it back to the garage. Thanks!

I purchased my Honda Odyssey in 2003. I have used Columbia Honda for all my oil changes and other service needed done since I purchased it. I always ask for T. J. Mitchel when I bring it in. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He goes above and beyond. I recommend him to everyone. I hope you give him a big raise because he deserves it.

"Ben's the Best!"

I needed to have my car inspected to renew my plate tags, I only have a few days before they expire so I was pretty anxious. I went to Columbia Honda and talked to Ben, he got me to the right department and I was told there would be a wait since they were busy. I later found out that Ben saw how busy the service guys were and did the inspection for my car so the wait wasn't as long for me. He went above and beyond and gave me a list of everything that looks good on my car and the things that weren't bad yet but I should get fixed soonish. He made my visit smoother and got another item checked off my list of errands. This was the most hassle-free inspection I have ever gotten done, thanks Ben!

"Vacation plans changed"

While on vacation, warning lights appeared on our dashboard. We located the Columbia Honda dealership and we were welcomed by T. J. Mitchell. He said they would diagnosis the problem and we were walked to a wonderful waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and snacks, TV, magazines and comfy chairs. About a half an hour later T.J. informed us that we had a significant engine problem but the good news was, it would be covered under a recall by Honda. We were given a time line of when our car would be ready, offered a complimentary car and given suggestions of what we could see and do in the area. T.J. was amazing throughout the entire time and we were impressed with the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. A change in our vacation plans was unexpected but T.J. and the people at the Columbia, MO dealership made our two days in Columbia a very positive experience!! Thank you!!!!

"Excellent! "

I brought my Odyssey in for a check up before a long trip. Several maintenance problems were detected, we were not surprised as there were a few glitches going on. TJ worked to find solutions within our budget. He also went above and beyond working within an inherited problem lasting from the dealership I purchased it from (the purchased warranty never got attached to my car) to help me figure out and solve my problem. I made on the scale of a dozen phone calls to different places and he Honda dealership was the only one who didn't keep me waiting on hold and was patient and kind! To top it off, the car is riding like new! Way to go TJ and Honda

I give 5 stars for TJ in the service department. Not only is he knowledgable and trustworthy, but he goes the extra mile all the time when issues pop up. A couple weeks ago, we left for a 6,000 mile road trip. We ended up having car issues along the way. Everytime he helped us over the phone and reassured us when we needed it most. Because of his help and knowledge, we were able to have the car fixed and had the peace of mind to keep going knowing he had our back if needed again.
