TJ Mitchell, Autumn Hall, and the entire service department are a top notch crew that are always curtious and helpful. Danny Hammack always finds time to visit, asking what I'm having done to my car and if I'm being attended to. Mitchell does anything to help, including taking non-stop calls from me about buying a used vehicle. Autumn Hall is also fantastic, as are all the service managers. T.J. Mitchell Went Above + Beyond Greetings - I brought my car in because my dad tried to 'fix' my headlight and ended up dropping a part down into the front bumper. I pulled in at the last minute thinking I would be leaving my car overnight to be checked the next day, and T.J. greeted me immediately, asked me what was up and promptly began addressing the issue. He found the missing part within a few minutes, and after I went to purchase a new bulb from the friendly gentleman in parts, T.J. installed it within a few minutes as well. He was professional, efficient and super courteous the entire time. I appreciate his generosity. I have shared my experience with others and plan to return. Thank you! More
Help - when we needed it On Tuesday, August 22nd I was on my way to Columbia from St Louis - about 5 miles east of Kingdom City (about 20 miles out of Columbia) my '01 Odyssey On Tuesday, August 22nd I was on my way to Columbia from St Louis - about 5 miles east of Kingdom City (about 20 miles out of Columbia) my '01 Odyssey broke down. I was towed to Honda in Columbia and advised that the engine was damaged and that the cost to repair would exceed the value of the vehicle. My wife came and got me and we went home (about 90 miles) to think about what to do. The conclusion was that it did not make sense to repair - thus we bought a different car. The Honda dealership was very helpful, did not charge anything to actually tear the engine down to make sure of the problem. They did not charge us any storage, they made sure the car was secured and held the car until we could get back down to take the plates off, etc. We made a decision to donate the car to "Kars 4 Kids" and they will pick it up on Monday. More

Takata Air Bag replacement and they did SO MUCH MORE 2009 Honda Accord Takata Air Bag replacement. TJ was great on the phone scheduling the appointment. While picking it up, TJ and Autumn informed me t 2009 Honda Accord Takata Air Bag replacement. TJ was great on the phone scheduling the appointment. While picking it up, TJ and Autumn informed me they noticed my car had the Warranty Extension Campaign and several things wrong with it. TJ tried to contact me with no luck. Since it was under warranty anyway, he informed the experts to "fix the problem": 7 hours and gaskets, O-rings, Bolts, S-Plugs, Throttle plates, Filters, etc. later, and it is like I am driving a brand new car. BTW - I had the car at two different locations in last two years trying to find out what the problem was. Both of them could not find a problem. I'm forever indebted. Thanks TJ and Autumn. More
Fantastic Service This last Thursday late after coming home from work my tire was leaking air. When my husband called in TJ right off the bat knew it was our number, because we are consistent customers, introduced himself and said "Hello, Orlando what can I do for you today?" My husband was a bit frantic because of our situation and asked if there was any way we could get it looked at tonight. TJ said without hesitation, come right on in. TJ personally took care of our problem, so I had my vehicle for work the next day. He also took the time to take care of a chocolate stain my husband just got in our new car, and he didn't even charge us for it. I trust my vehicles with Columbia Honda and won't go anywhere else. That is saying a lot for me. I have to really trust someone with my car. All the service people like TJ and Autumn are honest and treat everyone fairly, like they are one of your closest friends. Where do you find that anymore?! The mechanics like the ones who have worked on my cars, Jared and Charlie, are reliable thorough and honest. This just shows what a great management team is at Columbia Honda from John in Service and Danny over the whole shop. And we've recent bought another vehicle with them, 2017 CRV. Bill was fantastic and knew his product and when he sees us in service he always comes by to say hi and brighten our day. Funny, people hate to get their car fixed, for me with the GREAT staff at Columbia Honda I don't feel that way at all. I feel relaxed and whatever the issue it's going to be taken care of in the right way. Keep up the WONDERFUL work guys, you should feel very proud. Thanks so much!! More
