Excellent customer service by TJ Mitchell My CR-V wouldn't start and had to be jumped. I called the service department and spoke to TJ. He said to bring my vehicle in. Quality service and excellent customer relations TJ does an excellent job of taking good care of us every time we visit. He recently took care of servicing our newly purchased 2009 Acura. In addition to servicing, he also recommended the scheduled maintenance that was due. We were given a newer model Honda to drive while Columbia Honda serviced the vehicle. TJ, Autumn, John--super employees All 3 of these employees take time to explain things about my Odyssey very well. I always ask for Autumn, because she explains things so well. Sweet John was so concerned that my call hadn't been answered one day.They keep explaining things till i understand, never pushing me to do something I don't need. I just always know I can receive correct, honest, kind help from these employees at Honda in Columbia, MO. Last week, TJ even showed me a video of how an engine works, stayed late on a Friday till my van was done, and didn't charge me for fixing my tire with nail. Please pay them extra today! :) More

Odyssey service My Odyssey broke down on my way to Omaha, Nebraska and had to be towed to the dealership. My wife and I were on our way from Virginia to see our new great-grandson and the dealership was kind, professional and friendly. As good an experience as I could ask for at the dealership and they were very concerned in getting us back on the road. The repair was to take some time so they gave us a vehicle to drive on to Omaha. Everyone was excellent and T.J. Mitchell our service advisor was excellent. More
